“Powerful, engaging, transformative…”
S.I.S.T.A.™ Girls’ Empowerment Workshops
S.I.S.T.A.TM is a girls’ empowerment program for middle school-aged girls. Through powerful workshops, author Marlene Dillon teaches girls the importance of empathy, healthy communication, and the power of sisterhood.
Helping girls release insecurities is such a powerful part of my Girls #Empowerment Workshops. In this photo middle-school girls are writing down the things that people call them that make them feel they are not enough. It was such a powerful, and at times emotional, exercise. But it was so empowering for everyone in the room. My goal is to empower girls at 100 institutions this year. If you would like me to visit your school/church/community organization, email email@example.com for booking info.
S.I.S.T.A.™ strives to support young ladies in developing their social emotional skills through guided group discussions on the topic of healthy self-esteem.
Through S.I.S.T.A. Girls’ Empowerment Workshops, Ms. Dillon solidifies/establishes a supportive community of girls, where every member is learning to believe in herself, communicate effectively, practice empathy, make more responsible decisions, while also holding her peers accountable.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
If you have a girls mentoring program at your school or if you are experiencing conflict, teasing, etc. with the young ladies of your institution, S.I.S.T.A.™ can help.

Parent Empowerment Workshops
Empowerment starts at home. Through Parent-Child Empowerment Workshops, Ms. Dillon teaches parents how to instill confidence in their children and avoid behaviors that unintentionally erode healthy self-esteem.
